Day 1 - Describe your morning in exact detail (no opinions).

My morning would usually start when the call of prayer is calling.
I would usually wake up and go straight to take my ablution before praying subh and go back to sleep right after.
I'd describe what my morning ideally would look like when I am in Depok, as this one is my preffered typical morning routine.

I would wake up once again around 6 to start my day. I learned that the first few hours of one's morning could shape the entire day. If one does a productive, joyful morning, then most likely the rest of their day would follow.

Since I started to live in Depok again after I had resigned from my company, my morning is usually a slow morning, without having to rush to prepare myself to go to work. The first thing I do after I wake up is to get up and go outside the room. I'd sit at the dining table to drink a lukewarm water and get my eyes used to waking up. Then I'd search for any activity that I can acommplish quickly - this is to start creating the rythm of "accomplishment". I'd usually start with making bed.

After it's done, what comes automatic is do the laundry. It's super easy and automatic. I just have to bring my dirty clothes to the washing machine, put them inside there, turn on the machine, put the detergent in, and set my own timer so I can then put the fabric freshener.

If I don't do the laundry that day, I'd search for something else I can do it automatically but I can't think of any of it now. Hm. It's probably tidying up things either in living room, the second larger living room at the back of my house, or my own room.

When I first resigned I had the ambition to help tidy up the things in this house because this house just look like a mess. Ever corner has things stacked over one another - never being touched for years. Thankfully I was sucessful in tidying up the space in the second living room but still - it has many items that do not have a space for them so random things are just put there with no home.

On some days, I'd go to the gym early. I used to book a session with a personal trainer at 6 am because at this time the road is relatively clear compared to the rush hour that usually starts at 7. This would boost my mood for the entire day too because post working out feeling is just great. After arriving home, I'd usually eat my breakfast that mom usually prepares for me.

However, since I have finished all of my sessions with my PT, my only choice to keep my accountability in is by booking a class provided at the gym. Unfortunately, the earliest class is at 7 am, which means I have to sacrifice my time to be on the road longer because the classes are mostly during the rush hour.

Note: This should be a piece of writing that is clear from opinion but I put lots of my own opinion in it. It's ok. I was practicing to think while writing. :)
